Vermica, February 19–21: A three-day workshop was held to draft the Three-Year Advocacy Strategy (2026–2028) for the ROR and AKF children’s groups. The activity was organized by @syriivizionit in partnership with @savethechildreninkosovo Kosova/o as part of the “Empowering Children for Policy Change and Participation” program, funded by Sida.

The purpose of the workshop is to develop a joint strategy that will empower children’s role in decision-making processes at the local and central level, as well as increase the responsibility and accountability of institutions to the best interests of the child.

On the second day, the election process for the new ROR group leadership was also held, in which Enea Kadriu was elected Chair, Rea Muqolli Vice Chair, and Olsa Zeka Secretary. This election marks an important step toward strengthening leadership structures and more organized advocacy for children’s rights.
