The research of the ROR group was carried out with the officials of the Municipal Directorates of Education (DKA) in the municipalities of Pristina, Pejë, Prizren, Gjakovë, Gjilan, Mitrovica, Ferizaj, Fushë Kosovë, Skenderaj and Malishevë.
